Privacy policy

Measurement is optional. Your choice comes first.

This policy explains what ServiceTech Signal collects, why it is used, and how visitors can control nonessential analytics. It applies worldwide and was last updated on 5 September 2026.

The operating rule

Google Analytics stays off until a visitor accepts it.

01 / Necessary storage

One local preference remembers your choice.

The site stores a consent value in your browser so it can remember whether you accepted analytics or selected necessary storage only. This value is required to respect your choice and is not used for advertising.

02 / Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 activates only after consent.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, outbound link clicks, and interaction data. Commercial evaluation buttons are recorded as a commercial_cta_click event with a stable CTA identifier, intent, product, relationship, page path, and placement. Internal research, comparison, pilot, and scorecard links may create a decision_path_click event with the stage, target, and placement. The total cost calculator may record its first edited field, each field name once, completion milestones, model period, currency, product context, and result-link destination. The monetary amounts entered in the calculator are never sent to analytics. The quote and follow-up builder may record the selected tone, follow-up window, whether timing was included, and which draft type was copied. The estimate message library may record which template state and channel was copied successfully. Customer names, prices, scope, timing text, generated drafts, copied subjects, and copied message text are never sent to analytics. The service estimate checklist may record that the fixed checklist started and whether an explicit review was complete or incomplete, using only its version and aggregate completion state. Individual checkbox responses, missing-item lists, customer details, job details, and price details are never sent to analytics. The missed-call reply builder may record its version, selected situation, next action, tone, sender voice, the presence of optional fields, and which draft type was copied. Business names, customer names, callback-window text, booking links, opt-out wording, individual eligibility responses, and generated or edited message text are never sent to analytics. The invoice payment reminder builder may record its version, due-state bucket, channel, tone, sender voice, and whether optional reference, amount, and payment-link fields were present. Names, invoice references, amounts, payment URLs, individual eligibility answers, and generated or edited reminder text are never sent to analytics. Choosing a copy button places the selected draft on your device clipboard, which is managed by your browser or operating system; the site does not send that text to our servers. Disclosed affiliate links also create an affiliate_click event with the program and product. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled.

03 / Technical delivery

Hosting systems may create limited security logs.

The hosting and content delivery systems may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, user agents, and error details to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. These records are controlled by the relevant infrastructure providers and retained according to operational and legal needs.

04 / Affiliate links

Commercial tracking is disclosed where it appears.

ServiceTech Signal currently uses disclosed affiliate or referral links for CallRail, Jotform, Make, monday.com, Pipedrive, ServiceTitan, and Zoho. When a visitor follows one of these links, the relevant provider may use referral parameters and cookies under its own privacy terms. Official vendor links without an affiliate relationship are identified separately and do not carry ServiceTech Signal referral parameters.

05 / Legal basis and transfers

Consent governs analytics. Legitimate operation governs security.

Where consent is required, optional analytics relies on your consent. Necessary storage and security processing rely on operating and protecting the publication. Providers may process data outside your country using their contractual transfer safeguards.

06 / Your controls

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time.

Open Cookie preferences in the footer and choose Necessary only. This updates the consent state and removes recognizable Google Analytics cookies from this domain. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to personal-data processing.
