Correction workflow
Four steps from report to public record.
Send corrections to social@servicetechsignal.com with the page URL and supporting evidence. Do not send customer data, passwords, or private account records.
Verify
The editor checks the original record, current primary source, market, plan, date, and whether the issue changes fit, price, evidence state, or conclusion.
Correct
A material correction changes the page, its last reviewed date, and any affected structured data. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may remain unlogged.
Record
Material corrections receive a public entry with the page, date, changed claim, and reason. Vendor requests do not guarantee a change.
